Pre-launch notice
Arelza is currently in pre-launch. Shipping timelines and rates will be confirmed before orders open. Customers who join our waitlist or submit a design request will be updated before any purchase is made.
Shipping locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom, with plans to expand internationally. International delivery options will be available at launch where supported.
Processing time
Arelza styles are offered as pre-order or made-to-order. Estimated production and dispatch timeframes will be shown on each product page.
As a guide, made-to-order production typically takes around 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation. Timelines may vary depending on the style and finishing details.
Shipping rates and delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are typically:
United Kingdom
- Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days
- Express delivery: 1 to 2 working days
International
- International shipping will be available at launch. Delivery times and rates vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Please note that delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking and insurance
All orders are sent with tracking. Where appropriate, additional protection or insurance may be used to help ensure your order arrives safely.
Customs and duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
