What makes Arelza different? Arelza is a luxury footwear brand created for women with smaller feet. We design heels and sandals with petite proportions in mind, so the silhouette looks refined and the fit feels secure, rather than simply scaling down a standard size. Every detail is considered, from materials and finishing to comfort and balance, so you can step out with confidence.

Are Arelza heels handmade in Italy? Yes. Arelza heels are handmade in Italy by skilled artisans using traditional luxury shoemaking techniques. We focus on premium materials and elevated finishing, because true luxury is in the details.

What sizes do you offer? We specialise in petite sizing from UK 12 to UK 3, including half sizes. We also provide EU sizing and foot length in centimetres on our Size and Fit page to make choosing easier. For clients outside this range, custom sizing may be available on request, subject to feasibility and production.

Pre-Launch and Ordering

When will Arelza launch? We are currently in pre-launch while we refine fit, finishing, and production. Join our waitlist to be first to know when orders open and to receive early access.

How does the waitlist work? Add your details on our Waitlist page and we will email you with launch updates, early access, and key announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What is "Design Your Perfect Pair"? It is a design request form where you can tell us what you want to see, including heel height, colour, materials, and style preferences. Submitting the form is not a purchase—it helps shape our first collection.

Craftsmanship and Materials

Where are Arelza heels made? Arelza heels are handmade in Italy, crafted by experienced artisans who specialise in luxury footwear construction and finishing.

What materials do you use? We use premium materials such as soft leathers, refined satins, and carefully selected finishes and embellishments. The exact materials and care details will always be listed on each product page.

How long does it take to make a pair? Because our styles are offered as pre-order or made-to-order, timelines vary by design. The estimated dispatch timeframe is shown on each product page. As a guide, made-to-order production typically takes around 2 to 6 weeks, with more intricate designs occasionally taking longer.

Size and Fit

How do I know my size? Visit our Size and Fit page for a clear conversion chart, EU and cm guidance, and simple measuring steps.

Do you offer half sizes? Yes. We offer half sizes across our petite range where available for the most precise fit.

What if I'm between sizes? If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort. If you would like personalised support, contact us with your foot length in cm and we will help.

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United Kingdom, with international shipping planned. If international delivery is available to your location, it will be shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take? Delivery time depends on two parts:

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy? Please visit our Returns and Exchanges page for full details, including eligibility, timelines, and conditions.

Can I exchange for a different size? Where available, we may be able to offer size exchanges depending on stock and order type. Contact us and we will guide you based on your purchase.

Pre-Order and Made-to-Order

What's the difference between pre-order and made-to-order? Pre-order reserves a style that is not ready for immediate dispatch. Made-to-order means your pair is produced specifically for you after your order is placed, including your selected size and finishing details.

Can I cancel a pre-order or made-to-order? Changes and cancellations may be possible before production begins. Once production has started, changes are usually not possible. Please see our Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy for full details.
