Returns and Exchanges

Arelza styles are offered as pre order or made to order. This page explains how returns and exchanges work for each order type.

Pre order returns

If your item is sold as a pre order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unworn and in original condition
Returned with all original packaging
Free from marks, scent, or signs of wear

We recommend trying shoes on indoors on a clean, soft surface to protect the soles.

Made to order

Made to order items are produced specifically for you after you place an order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or sizing on made to order items.

This does not affect your legal rights. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under UK consumer law.

Exchanges

If your item is eligible for an exchange, we will confirm availability and options once you contact us. Exchanges depend on the style and whether the item is pre order or made to order.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Any exceptions will be confirmed in writing.
