Are Arelza heels handmade in Italy?
Yes. Arelza footwear is handcrafted in Italy, using carefully selected materials and traditional shoemaking techniques.
What sizes do you offer?
Arelza specialises in petite footwear and offers sizes from EU 28 to EU 37, including half sizes.
We provide EU sizes, UK sizes, US sizes and foot length in centimetres to make choosing your size as clear as possible.

Where are Arelza heels made?
Arelza heels are handcrafted in Italy.
Our designs are developed in London and produced with Italian craftsmanship.
What materials do you use?
We use carefully selected materials chosen for their appearance, quality and suitability for each design.
Depending on the collection, materials may include satin, leather, crystals, pearls and other premium embellishments.

How long does it take to make a pair?
Our footwear is handcrafted to order.
Production is expected to take approximately 30 to 40 working days, although this may vary depending on the design and production schedule.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information.
SIZE & FIT
How do I know which size to choose?
We recommend measuring your feet in centimetres and using our Size & Fit guide before ordering.
Your foot length in centimetres is an important reference when choosing your Arelza size.
Please remember that footwear sizing can vary between brands and designs.
Do you offer half sizes?
Yes. Arelza offers half sizes within our EU 28 to EU 37 size range (UK 10 to UK 6).
What if I am between sizes?
If your foot measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
Our team can review your foot length, usual size and the design you are interested in to help you choose the most suitable size.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Custom sizing may be available for selected designs.
Availability will depend on the design, production requirements and manufacturer capabilities. Additional terms or costs may apply.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
Arelza plans to offer international shipping.
Available destinations, delivery options and any applicable shipping charges will be confirmed at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Arelza footwear is handcrafted to order in Italy.
Please allow approximately 30 to 40 working days for production, followed by the delivery time for your destination.
Your final estimated delivery timeframe will depend on the destination and shipping service selected.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges depending on the destination country.

PRE ORDER & MADE TO ORDER
What is the difference between pre order and made to order?

Made to order means your pair is produced specifically after your order has been placed.

Can I cancel my order?
